Leaps from sandy or gravelly soils to 6 ft. Pale green with 18", beige seed heads. Spreads by underground roots, forming clumps, so is fine erosion control. Wonderful looking. Seeding rate: 1 lb. per 1,000 sq.ft. Reclamation: 10 lbs. per acre. C   Zone 2
