Perennial, drought tolerant, deer resistant shrub 4 to 6 feet tall & wide with rows of small leaflets, big yellow flowers with red sex parts flying out like fiber optic filiments tipped in gold, & big bean-like pods following. Blooms summer through early freezes. Loved by bees, butterflies & hummingbirds. Plant seed in fall or cold stratify 30 days.  Zone 6
